At December 15 extraordinary sitting of the National Assembly, a quorum was not provided. Appropriate number of deputies were not registered at 12:00.
Pursuant to Article 51 of the Constitutional Law the NA Rules of Procedure, the deputies’ registration will continue until 16:00.
