On January 11, the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Gevorg Papoyan debated in the second reading the package on Non-Cash Transactions and the enclosed draft laws.

It is proposed to regulate for the alienation of the goods (property) exceeding the 300.000 AMD from July 1, 2022 by the individual entrepreneurs and organizations on the territory of the country, their use, the implementation of the works and the rendering of the services of the deals the relations with the, the relations of the salaries, scholarships, allowances, loans, representation expenditures, as well as other relations connected with non-cash transactions.

The law will enter into force from July 1, 2022 instead of January 1, 2022 with the revised version and will spread on the legal relations emerged after entering into force.

The RA CB Deputy Governor Nerses Yeritsyan noted that after the first reading the package of the draft laws had been completely revised.

The Committee Chair Gevorg Papoyan underlined the necessity of the non-cash transactions. He proposed that the pawnshops would provide the loans to the citizens up to the amount of 80.000 AMD from July 1, 2022 exclusively through non-cash loan, more than 50.000 - from January 1, 2023, and more than 20.000 from January 2, 2024.

The proposal was accepted from the key rapporteur.

As a result of debate and voting, the legislative package was endorsed.
