Pursuant to Article 20.2 of the Constitutional Law the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, by the demand of at least one-third of the deputies’ total number an Inquiry Committee of the National Assembly was created by the force of law to study the circumstances of the military actions unleashed on 27 September 2020, and the Standing Committee on Defense and Security will carry out its authorities,” the statement signed by the NA Vice President, the NA Acting President Hakob Arshakyan reads.
