The RA NA Staff permanently highlights the strengthening of the employees’ professional capacities. On June 4-5, with that purpose within the framework of the joint effective cooperation with the International Republican Institute (IRI) two-day outgoing regular course titled ‘External and Internal Communication Skills’ was organized.

The main goal of the course was to promote the achievement of necessary skills for the employees’ communication skills, capacities and work activity, to improve the capacities of information collection, business communication and conducting negotiations. The employees had an opportunity to get acquainted with the standards of the information technology introduction and use.

The continuous and effective cooperation with the international organizations is always at the centre of attention of the RA NA Staff. The next result of that cooperation is the development of the employees’ institutional knowledge.
