At July 22 at 10:30am in the extraordinary sitting of the Council of the National Assembly of Armenia relevant number of the Council members were not registered.

The NA Vice President Ruben Rubinyan informed that according to Article 27.2 of the constitutional law the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly and the part 6 of the NA Council work order, if the number of the Council members is not sufficient for the jurisdiction of the sitting, then the registration continues until the registration of the necessary number of the Council members, but not more than two hours.

The quorum was not reached until 12:30: the extraordinary sitting of the NA Council was considered not held.
