At present, a number of legal norms regulating the sphere are in force, but the fixed authorizing norms lack, which causes a problem in terms of their use, the RA Deputy Minister of Aram Meymaryan, presenting for debate the package of draft laws on Making Addendum to the Law on Flora, on Making Addendum to the Law on Fauna, on Making Addenda to the Law on Specially Protected Natural Areas. According to the key rapporteur, it was designed to fix the authorizing norms to the laws in force for solving the problem at the NA sitting on February 10.

The member of the NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment Davit Danielyan presented the endorsement of the Head Committee.
