We did not take part in the launch of the RA Prosecutor General’s petitions, as the statute of limitations of all those cases are not passed. And if signed, then our petitions would not be. And we refused signing those petitions, as we think that we are not guilty. Those case are false. We had no interest in any issue, and we had no agreements with any framework. Second, we did not take part, because we know that under these authorities the priorities, the security problems are not prior: it was implemented for deviating the attention of our community. And third, we did not take part, because the majority, as the other all remaining issues will be punched. And we are not responsible before today’s authorities, moreover parliamentary majority. The Head of the Armenia Faction Seyran Ohanyan said about this in the parliamentary briefings held on February 13, touching upon the petitions of the Prosecutor General on giving consent to initiating criminal persecution towards him and the deputy Armen Charchyan last week.

“Charges have been filed, the cases are in the judicial-legal system, and there we’ll prove our innocence and will present to the public,” the deputy underlined.

Touching upon the criminal actions by Azerbaijan and the genocidal policy, Artsvik Considered necessary to more activate the efforts in all international instances aimed at the international recognition of Artsakh. “The intensification of our security system by the full realization of the right to self-determination stems from our national interests,” the deputy opined.
