It is designed to set and adjust the compulsory conditions being presented to the content of the administrative acts obligating implementation of taking certain actions by the inspection body or compelling to abstain from certain actions. The Acting Head of Inspection Bodies' Coordination Bureau at the RA Prime Minister's Staff Armen Danielyan said about this, presenting the legislative package on Making and Addendum to the law on Fire Security, on Making Amendments and Addenda to the law on State Regulation of Ensuring Technical Security and the on Making Addenda and Amendment to the law on Judicial Acts Compulsory Enforcement.

It is expected by the adoption of the package to fill the existing legal gaps and shortcomings in the laws and the make the control functions being carried out by the inspection body more effective for avoiding the revealed and non-eliminated legal offenses and by that excluding the dangers threatening the people’s security – life and health.

Alkhas Ghazaryan presented the endorsement of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs.

On behalf of the NA Armenia Faction Artsvik Minasyan gave a speech. The Secretary of the Faction emphasized the development of the sub-structural systems of the quality in the sphere. “It is important an Accreditation Institute to be introduced in this sphere, and the laboratories and organizations that received certificates of conformity themselves also take those preventive steps, which will serve as a basis in terms of building right programmes during inspections based on the risk of this or that entity,” he said.

The legislative package was debated in the first reading at April 13 NA sitting.
