On April 13, the National Assembly debated in the second reading the legislative package on Making

A mendments and Addenda to the law Disciplinary Code of the RA Armed Forces, on Making A mendments and Addenda to the law on Military Service and Serviceman’s Status and on Amending the RA Code on Administrative Offense.

The NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security endorsed the package.

The draft law on Making Addenda to RA Labor Code was also debated in the second reading, and it was endorsed by the NA Standing Committee on Labor and Social Affairs.

As a result of voting, the debated drafts were passed.

According to Article 63 of the Constitutional Law the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, the legislative package on Service in the Police and on Remuneration of the Persons Holding State Positions and State Service Positions and the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the law on Rescue Service with the enclosed legislative package submitted for debate in the second reading were postponed.
