The goal of the draft is to carry out technical fire security control, as well as in the sphere of environment in decent way in the organizations being in the bankruptcy: the Acting Head of the Inspection Bodies' Coordination Bureau of the Office of the RA Prime Minister Armen Danielyan said during the debate of the draft law designing amendments and addendato the law on Bankruptcy and in the package of enclosed laws at April 21 sitting of the NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs.

According to the key rapporteur, from the moment of recording the non-fulfilling fact of the orders, conclusions and decisions given to the organization recognized bankrupt the inspection will have an opportunity to apply to the authorized body during three working days.

Armen Danielyan informed that in case of not fulfilling the compensation demand by the entity to be checked the charging will be implemented judicially.

The co-rapporteur Alkhas Ghazaryan proposed the attendees to approve the draft law.
