On April 23-28, PACE Spring Session took place in Strasbourg, where the NA deputies led by the Deputy Speaker of Parliament, the Head of the NA Delegation Ruben Rubinyan took part.

Before the works of the Session the delegates of our country paid tribute to the memory of the Armenian Genocide victims at the cross-stone installed in front of the building of the Council of Europe. Though there was no item on Armenia and Artsakh on the agenda of the Session, nevertheless, the deputies of our country presented the humanitarian crisis of Nagorno Karabakh with facts in different formats.
