Drafts debated in the second reading endorsed

At June 6 sitting of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs a number of drafts authored by the Government were debated in the second reading and endorsed.

The RA Deputy Minister of Justice Armenuhi Harutyunyan presented the amendments to the law on Anti-Corruption Committee.

It is proposed to introduce the structures of the formation of the Disciplinary Committee in the Anti-Corruption Committee. “It is set how many members will be in the Committee, who are included, and in what period the Committee will work,” the rapporteur underlined.

It was noted that there were no proposals from the first to the second reading, the initiative was not changed.

As Armenuhi Harutyunyan presented, the amendments to the constitutional law on Constitutional Court and in a number of codes were also debated. As the Deputy Minister informed, after the first reading the deputy of the Civil Contract Faction Arpine Davoyan made a proposal for addendum to the Civil Procedure Code, which was accepted by the executive body.

There was no proposal from the first to the second reading on the next bill on Making Addendum to the law on Public Service authored by the Government.
