At the extraordinary sitting of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs on June 26, the draft law on Making Amendments and Addendum to the RA Criminal Procedure Code authored by the deputies Lilit Minasyan and Arusyak Julhakyan was debated in the second reading. During the period from the first to the second reading, no proposals were presented on the draft.

In the second reading, the Committee also debated the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia authored by the Government and the attached package of the draft laws, which set clear criteria for the submission of an application to issue an order demanding the confiscation of money, the period and procedure for examining the application, as well as the grounds for its return and rejection.

The legislative initiatives debated in the second reading were endorsed.
