The Council of the National Assembly of Armenia convened an extraordinary sitting on July 10. It was chaired by the NA Vice President Ruben Rubinyan.

The NA Council agreed to convene an extraordinary session of the National Assembly on July 11, at 11:00 a.m., according to the agenda and time frame set by the initiator.
