According to the law in force, specially equipped plane and helicopter are provided for the Prime Minister. The legal basis of regulating the relations connected with ensuring the organization, implementation and security of flights by that plane and helicopter. The RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Armen Simonyan said this, presenting the draft law on Amending the Law on Ensuring, Service and Social Guarantees of the Officials’ Activity.
The issue was debated in the first reading at the sitting of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs on September 28.
According to Armen Simonyan, appropriate amendment was presented for filling the gap, by which authorizing norm will be designed for establishing appropriate order.
The co-rapporteur, the Deputy Chair of the Committee Arusyak Julhakyan proposed to endorse the draft.
The Committee members voted for the draft law.
