Mr. Aghvan Hovsepyan, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia, submitted a motion to Mr. Tigran Torosyan, President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on obtaining his consent for the MP Hakob Rafik Hakobyan to be involved as an accused.

Mr. Torosyan signed a decision, by which, according to Article 70 of RA Constitution, on the initiative of the Government of the Republic of Armenia at 12:00 on October 13 a special session of the National Assembly will be convened by the initiator’s defined agenda: on giving consent to the motion of Aghvan Hovsepyan, Prosecutor General of the Republic of Armenia for the MP Hakob Rafik Hakobyan to be involved as an accused.
