The Secretary of the NA Counting Commission Kristine Poghosyan informed that the secret ballot of the election of the candidate for the judge of the Constitutional Court (CC) Davit Khachaturyan was held.

70 NA deputies out of 105 took part in the voting. Invalid ballot papers were not found in the ballot box, 70 deputies voted for Davit Khachaturyan’s candidacy.

So, Davit Khachaturyan was elected CC judge.
