On October 5, the regular four-day sittings of the National Assembly began by approval of the decisions of the National Assembly on agendas of the four-day sittings of the National Assembly.
NA deputies debated the bill on Making Addendum to the law of the Republic of Armenia on Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, which was presented by the author of the draft law Mr. Artak Davtyan.
The bill on Making Addenda to the law of the Republic of Armenia on RA 2009 State Budget
was also debated, which was presented by Mr. Pavel Safaryan, First Deputy Minister of Finance.
NA deputies debated the bill on Making Amendment to the law of the Republic of Armenia on Income Tax, which was presented by Mr. Armen Alaverdyan, Deputy Head of the State Tax Service adjunct to the RA Government.
National Assembly debated the bill on Making Addenda and Amendments to the law of the Republic of Armenia on Service at National Security Bodies.
NA deputies also debated the bill (the two new articles were debated for the first reading) on Making Addenda and Amendments to the law of the Republic of Armenia on RA Administrative Regional Division presented for the second reading, the 2009-2012 cooperation project in the sphere of education and science between the Governments of the Republic of 
Armenia and Republic of Bulgaria, and the project of 2010-2012 three-year state statistical works of the Republic of Armenia.
