On November 16 RA National Assembly continued the work of the four-day sittings and adopted by voting all the bills debated on the previous day, after which the debate of the bills on Making Amendments and Addenda to RA Law on Human Rights Defender, on Making Addendum in RA Judicial Code and on Making Addendum on State Departmental Institutions in the first reading continued. The deputies Armen Martirosyan and Larisa Alaverdyan voiced their positive opinion on the package and presented proposals.

Afterwards the parliament began to debate 2009 Annual Report of RA Control Chamber, which presented the Chairman of RA Control Chamber Ishkhan Zakaryan.

The Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs Gagik Minasyan presented the endorsement on 2009 Annual Report of RA Control Chamber.

The deputies Viktor Dallakyan, Spartak Melikyan and Anahit Bakhshyan voiced their views on the report under debate.

The head of the RPA faction Galust Sahakyan gave speech on the report too.

At the last hour of the sitting, according to NA Rules of Procedure, the deputies made announcements.
