At the sitting of the third day of the NA extraordinary session the NA deputies passed by voting the bills debated at the previous sitting, then they debated the package of the bills proposing amendments and addenda On Protection of Economic Competitiveness and in a number of laws, which was interrupted at the previous sitting.

In their speeches on the issue emphasizing the bill, the NA deputies Artsruni Aghajanyan, Vardan Bostanjyan, Viktor Dallakyan and Larisa Alaverdyan presented proposals on specifying and making strict a number of provisions.

Vardan Ayvazyan introduced the view of the RPA faction.

The NA deputies debated the RA draft law On Making Addendum to RA Law On Social Insurance of Military Servicemen and Their Family Members.

RA Minister of Nature Protection Aram Harutyunyan submitted the RA draft law On Making Addendum to RA Law On Examination of the Influence on the Environment.

Khachik Harutyunyan introduced the view of the Country of Law faction.

Presenting the view of RPA faction Vardan Ayvazyan said that 56 kinds of examination existed, where always the Government defines the order.

RA Minister of Economy Nerses Yeritsyan submitted the bill On Amending the RA Law On Value Added Tax.

Mr Yeritsyan also submitted the bill On Amending the RA Customs Code.

The NA extraordinary session will continue on December 16.
