At the Invitation of the Speaker of the National Assembly a Group of Residents of Yelpin Village Visit the Parliament

On March 29 within the framework of the working visit to Vayots Dzor Marz (province) the NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan had also been to Yelpin village, talked to the famrers, got familiarized with the existing problems and promised to show support.

On April 5 at the invitation of the Speaker of the National Assembly a group of residents of Yelpin village visited the parliament. NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan received them. During the warm and sincere talk the farmers told about their problems and concerns. Highlighting the solution of the problems of the village, the NA Speaker expressed willingness to support in solving them.

After the meeting the head of Yelpin village Khoren Avetisyan thanked the NA Speaker for invitation and reception and said that Hovik Abrahamyan being aware of the problem of the inner network of the irrigation water allocated 3mln drams from the NA Speaker’s fund. By the NA Speaker’s support the Yelpin village will also get 10 tons of nitrogen fertilizers. The villagers raised the issue of building a reservoir in the village too. The NA Speaker promised to send specialists, who will study that possibility.

The residents of Yelpin village walked in the NA session hall with the NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan, then their photo was taken with the head of the parliament.
