In accordance with RA law On the Order of Discussing the Citizens’ Proposals, Applications and Complaints, the General Division of the NA Secretariat publishes the brief information of the results of the discussion of the letters of 2011 first quarter.
322 citizens’ letters were accepted, registered and handed to the NA Speaker, 28 letters to the NA vice speakers. The NA Speaker and vice speakers answered all the letters.
292 citizens’ letters were handed to the NA standing committees, and they were all answered.
604 citizens’ letters were handed to the NA factions, and they answered all of them.
Legislative, legal, health, social, educational, financial, everyday life problems are raised in the letters.
