On November 7 at the joint sitting of the NA Standing Committees on Healthcare, Maternity and Childhood moderated by Ara Babloyan and Gagik Minasyan continued the debates of the RA draft law “On RA 2012 State Budget.” RA Deputy Finance Minister Pavel Safaryan presented the budgetary allocations of the sphere of healthcare in 2012.

The RA Minister of Healthcare Harutyun Kushkyan presented the financial allocations concerning the healthcare programme policy.

On the same day the discussions on the budgetary allocations continued at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on Social Affairs and Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs . The Committee Chairmen Hakob Hakobyan and Gagik Minasyan were presiding over the sitting.

RA First Deputy Finance Minister Pavel Safaryan and RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artur Grigoryan submitted to the deputies’ debate the financial indices and designed programmes of the social sphere by the 2012 RA State Budget Draft.
