The final regional phases of the 4^th Republican Recitation Youth Contest Festival held under the auspice of the NA Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan took place on November 7 and 9 in Ararat and Lori marzes.

35 best reciters out of 3500 pupils from 132 schools were participating in the regional final phase, and 6 of them passed to the final.

29 pupils out of 3200 from 112 schools of Lori Marz participated in the regional final phase and 6 of them gained the opportunity to compete in the Republican final phase.
