I warmly congratulate you on September 1, Day of Knowledge.

In our value system the knowledge and education have always been the basic pillars, due to which we have been able to live and create, win and overcome.

Today we are more obliged to have dignified attitude towards knowledge and education, because the rapidly changing world forces to be more demanding and attentive towards tomorrow.

Dear pupils and students, you create tomorrow thanks to the hard and honourable work of the teachers and lecturers, who are developing our educational traditions, doing their best in order you confidently pass the most important stages of your life in the educational institutions, obtain knowledge and walk successfully on the roads of the present and future.

I especially congratulate the first class pupils and first year students, who step in their educational institutions for the first time.
