On September 25 at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on State and Legal Affairs and Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Davit Harutyunyan and Gagik Minasyan the reports on the use of financial means allocated to state and judicial bodies in 2011 were debated.

The RA Deputy Finance Minister, Chief Treasurer Atom Janjughazyan, afterwards the representatives of the spheres presented the reports on the fulfilled programmes and expenditures.

The RA President’s Chief of Staff Vigen Sargsyan, the RA NA Chief of Staff Gurgen Dumanyan, the RA Government’s Chief of Staff Davit Sargsyan, the Chief of Staff of the Constitutional Court Arushan Hakobyan, the RA Justice Minister Hrayr Tovmasyan, the Chief of Staff of the RA National Security Council Artashes Avoyan, the Chief of Staff of the RA Prosecutor General Ashot Yesayan, The Head of the RA Special Investigation Service Andranik Mirzoyan, the Chief of Staff of the RA Control Chamber Harutyun Yavryan, the Chief of Staff of the RA Judicial Department Mr Aslikyan, the Chairman of the RA Civil Service Council Manvel Badalyan and the Chairman of the RA Central Electoral Commission Tigran Mukuchyan presented reports on financial allocations and executive indices of the relevant institutions and bodies led by them.
