On October 17 the NA Standing Committee on Territorial Management and Local Self-Government moderated by Stepan Margaryan debated the draft law “On Amending the RA Law on RA Financial Equalisation,” which presented the First Deputy of the Minister of the Territorial Administration Vache Terteryan.

The draft law was endorsed to be included in the agenda of the NA Session and the October 21-24 four-day sittings.
