On May 21 within the framework of the “Open Lesson” programme the teachers and high senior schools of the secondary school of Aghdzk village in Aragatsotn marz were hosted in the parliament. They attended the NA plenary sitting and followed the deputies’ law-making activity.

The Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport Artak Davtyan and the NA deputy Aragats Akhoyan, who was born in Aghdzk village, met with them and gave information to the youth about the National Assembly, the structure and functions, law-making work of the Standing Committees.

During the warm and sincere talk Artak Davtyan and Aragats Akhoyan urged the schoolchildren to study well, to use their time purposefully and to get knowledge and not to get tempted with the specialties having nice names, but to choose trades and specialties corresponding with the requirements of time and having demand in the labour market, to remain firmly connected with the birthplace, land and water.

At the end of the meeting the principal of Aghdzk secondary school Harutyun Sukiasyan thanked for the warm reception and interesting talk.
