At the NA Standing Committees the Debates of the Annual Report “On the RA State Budget Execution for 2013” Begin

On May 26 at the joint sitting of the Standing Committees of the National Assembly the debates of the annual report “On the State Budget Execution of the Republic of Armenia for 2013,” began which attended the NA Speaker Galust Sahakyan, the RA Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, the NA deputies and the members of the government.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance-Chief Treasurer Atom Janjughazyan made an annual report “On the State Budget Execution for 2013” (main macro-economic indices, budgetary revenue, expenditures and deficiency).

Atom Janjughazyan also answered the NA deputies’ questions.

The Chairman of the Central Bank (CB) Arthur Javadyan presented the conclusion of the RA CB on the annual report “On the State Budget Execution for 2013,” and the member of the Control Chamber (CC) Seyran Avagyan presented the conclusion of the RA CC. Presenting the revenue, expenditures and the deficiency of the state budget for 2013 they have said that the fixed indices match the actual budget performance.

Arthur Javadyan also presented to the parliament the accounts on estimates on administrative expenditures and the implementaion of the RA Central Bank capital investment programme for 2013.

On the same day at the joint sitting of the NA Standing Committees on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs, the annual report “On the RA State Budget Execution for 2013” was debated, which related to the revenue and expenditure performance of the emergency situations, police, and national security service.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance-Chief Treasurer Atom Janjughazyan introduced the financial indices of the abovementioned spheres, and the Deputy Minister of the RA Emergency Situations Haykaram Mkhitaryan, the Deputy Head of the Police adjunct to the RA Government Artur Osikyan and the Deputy Director of the National Security Service adjunct to the RA Government Aram Hakobyan touched upon certain expenditure indices and implemented programmes.

The second joint sitting of the NA Standing Committees on Defense, National Security and Internal Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs, which referred to the sphere of defense and state reserves, was a closed-door one.
