A figure, who left a significant trace in our state and political life, through decades occupying different responsible posts, always served his professionalism and knowledge, energy and experience to his country, never being indifferent to its destiny, passed away.

Vladimir Movsisyan had his weighty contribution to the establishment and development of the self-sovereign Armenia, never avoiding to take responsibility in hard situations. The big authority and respect that he had in the society were not accidental.

Vladimir Movsisyan’s death is a big loss for everybody. I would like to express my deep condolences and sincere sympathy to his family members and relatives.”
