On November 21 the Youth Parliament adjunct to the RA NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport organized a course on the theme “Technique of Elaborating the Draft Law.”

The young parliamentarians have noted that taking into consideration the problems connected to the creation and elaboration of the bills, they consider to thoroughly get familiarized with the law making process, to study the circumstances regarding the structure of the draft law. They invited the RA NA Deputy Head of the Legal Department Garegin Petrosyan and the leading specialist Spartak Arakelyan to hold the course, Garegin Petrosyan welcomed the young parliamentarians’ initiative, highlighting their presence and the activity in the parliament. Spartak Arakelyan presented in detail the elaboration process of the draft law, then answered the questions concerning the participants of the course.
