On November 28 in Saint Petersburg the plenary session of the CIS Inter-Parliamentary Assembly was held, where the RA National Assembly Delegation, the General Consul of Armenia in Saint Petersburg and the NA Representative to the IPA CIS Hayk Chilingaryan attended. The IPA CIS plenary session was presided over by the Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council Valentina Matvienko. Model bills and strategy draft laws were submitted to the session. The Chairman of the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs Vardan Ayvazyan made a report on the model bill “Public and Private Partnership.”
At the end of the session the IPA CIS awards were handed over. The National Assembly Delegation also took part in the cultural programme organized in the Tavricheskiy Palace.
