Under Article 70 of the RA Constitution, at the NA deputies’ initiative, on December 15, at 6:30 p.m. an extraordinary session of the RA National Assembly was held by the initiator’s established agenda. By 6:30 p.m. 45 deputies were registered. In accordance with paragraph 5 of Article 44 of the RA law NA Rules of Procedure, the deputies’ registration continues 3 hours.
