On December 19 by the decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin the RA NA Deputy Speaker Hermine Naghdalyan, the NA deputy Volodya Badalyan, the Head of the “Integration and Development” NGO Aram Safaryan were awarded the Order of Friendship for friendship and cooperation, and strengthening of the inter-parliamentary and cultural relations with the Russian Federation.
