With great grief I learnt about the terrible tragedy in Gyumri. A whole family with a baby has been killed. One of the children of the Avetisyans, residents of Gyumri, who is not even a year old, God be thanked , miraculously has survived.

The National Assembly mourns about the loss of the family, prays for the life and recovery of the survived baby and for the repose of victims’ souls.

I convey my condolence and sympathize with the Avetisyans’ relatives and share the infinite grief and pain of the loss.
