Open Lesson in the National Assembly

On February 25 within the framework of the “Open Doors” programme the students of the Leadership School visited the National Assembly and attended the four-day sitting going on at the Session Hall of the parliament. The Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Hermine Naghdalyan conducted the open lesson. At the students’ request the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly touched upon the work of the parliament and foreign and inner political developments of the state.

Answering the students’ voiced questions Mrs Naghdalyan talked about the reforms going on in the country, the importance of the military-patriotic upbringing of the new generation and the establishment of the civil society.

Hermine Naghdalyan highlighted every citizen’s participation in the establishment of the state, underlining the great role of knowledge, human qualities and will-power in the formation of a citizen, leader and state and public figure.

The Deputy Speaker expressed wish to continue the contact and discussions with the students of the Leadership School in the future.
