On March 26 within the framework of the NA Open Lesson programme the students and lecturers of the Faculty of Law of Gyumri Mikayel Nalbandyan State Pedagogical Institute visited the parliament.
First, the guests were in the NA Session Hall and observed the legislative process. This time the NA Deputy Speaker Hermine Naghdalyan welcomed the students from Gyumri and conducted the next open lesson.
Welcoming the future lawyers, Hermine Naghdalyan has deemed necessary such meetings, noting that they are useful and effective for both sides. She has highlighted the participation of the youth in the social and political life of the country, touched upon the issue of the generation change in the political life.
During the warm and sincere talk the NA Deputy Speaker answered the students’ and lecturers’ questions, referred to the perspectives of the development of our country and impediments, spoke about the electoral and geo-political processes, the unemployment level, process of the NK conflict settlement and the cases of ceasefire violation. At the students’ request Mrs Naghdalyan also presented the process of the constitutional reforms, clarifying that many problems that our country faces can be solved as a result of envisaging constitutional reforms.
