On March 31 the RF FA State Duma Speaker Sergey Narishkin being in Armenia on a working visit and the Russian deputies accompanied by the RA NA Deputy Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov visited the Armenian Genocide Memorial Complex of Tsitsernakaberd. They laid a wreath and flowers at the obelisk eternalizing the memory of the victims of 1915 Armenian Genocide, and in one-minute silence and bowing honoured the memory of one and a half million innocent victims.
