On April 2 the Head of the PAP Faction Naira Zohrabyan met with Tian Erlong, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of China to Armenia.

Mrs Zohrabyan presented to the Ambassador the recent inner-political events and processes in Armenia, noting that the party would continue the important political and economic agenda which it had adopted in the past years. As the PAP and the Communist Party of China have signed a Memorandum on Cooperation, the sides  have also discussed the upcoming joint programmes, particularly, issues concerning the mutual visits of youth organizations and women’s councils. Tian Erlong has noted that the PAP is one of the most important political forces of Armenia, and the Communist Party of China is willing to resume and deepen the cooperation with the PAP.

The sides also discussed issues relating to the inner-political and economic problems of Armenia.
