On July 21 Hrayr Tovmasyan, the RA NA Chief of Staff, General Secretary, the member of the Specialized Commission on the Constitutional amendments under the President of the Republic of Armenia presented the necessity of the constitutional amendments and the problems of the functioning system to the representatives of the NA Staff. He touched upon the amendment of the administration form and talked about turning into the parliamentary administration model
Hrayr Tovmasyan also answered the questions of the NA Staff representatives.
