Galust Sahakyan Receives the Delegation of the Czech Parliament

On September 15 the RA NA President Galust Sahakyan received the delegation led by Zdeněk Škromach, Vice President of the Senate of the Czech Republic.

Welcoming the Head of the delegation and its members in the RA National Assembly, Galust Sahakyan has noted that Armenia attaches a great importance to the stable development of the friendly relations with the Czech Republic. The RA NA President has documented that during the recent years a positive dynamics is noticed in the Armenian-Czech inter-parliamentary relations. Galust Sahakyan highlighted the role of the parliamentary diplomacy in the development of the political dialogue. The RA NA President expressed hope that the visit of Zdeněk Škromach and the Committee on National Economy, Agriculture and Transport of the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic will be an additional stimulus in the development of inter-parliamentary relations, strengthening of mutually beneficial cooperation and extension of trade-economic ties.

Thanking for the reception, Zdeněk Škromach, Vice President of the Senate of the Czech Republic, conveyed the greetings of the President of the Senate. Talking about the friendship of the two peoples, Zdeněk Škromach has noted that the historical commonalities give an opportunity to develop the relations and the multilateral cooperation in the future. In the word of the Vice President of the Senate, along with the development of the inner-state relations the Czech Republic has a goal to develop the industrial relations with Armenia.
