The RA NA President Galust Sahakyan in the name of the RA National Assembly sent invitations to the Chairperson of the IPA CIS Council Valentina Matvienko, the President of the European Parliament Martin Schulz, the OSCE PA President Ilkka Kanerva and the PACE President Anne Brasseur for holding the referendum of the Constitutional Amendments in the RA on the 6th December more open, transparent and in accordance with democratic standards. The aim is to invite the IPA CIS, the European Parliament, the OSCE PA and PACE to observe the referendum.
