On October 15 on the initiative of the NA Standing Committee and with the joint support of the USAID Support to the RA NA Program (SANAP) and the German Corporation for International Cooperation/ Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) the summary of the second phase of the elaboration of the non-financial indices of the budgetary programmes and the improvement works was held.
The main goal of the Working Group is the elaboration of the non-financial indices in the budget. The representatives of the relevant institutions and the RA Ministry of Finance were involved in the works.
The policy being pursued in the healthcare, the programme indices, the analyses of the distribution of the revenues and expenditures were mainly studied and analyzed. The participants also discussed the possibilities of the improvement of the recorded shortcomings.
