On September 16, the Speaker of the RA National Assembly Galust Sahakyan awarded the Memorial Medal of the RA National Assembly Speaker the Chief Psychiatrist of the RA Ministry of Healthcare, Director of Nubarashen Psychiatric Centre Samvel Torosyan for conscientiously fulfilling the office obligations on the occasion of the 25^th anniversary of Independence of Armenia .

The Head of the Parliament, congratulating Samvel Torosyan thanked him for the great contribution to the sphere of healthcare. “You have a fame of a well-known doctor in the Armenian reality. During your activities you managed to be distinguished with professional abilities and remained faithful to doctor’s vocation,” Galust Sahakyan said.
