On November 8, the Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations Artak Zakaryan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic to the RA Petr Mikyska.

The Ambassador conveyed to Artak Zakaryan the letter by the Chair of the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Czech Parliament, former Foreign Minister Karl Schwarzenberg, where Mr Schwarzenberg was inviting the Committee Chair and the members to the Czech Republic to discuss issues of further cooperation. Artak Zakaryan gladly accepted the invitation.

Artak Zakaryan highlighted the possibilities of the development of the Armenian-Czech economic relations and joint business. In this context a number of successful initiatives were emphasized and indicated and the shortcomings were touched upon.

In the course of the meeting Artak Zakaryan expressed hope that the Armenian-Czech parliamentary agenda will also be rich and equipped with discussions of the most important problems for the parliaments of the two states in the future.
