On November 9, the debate of the draft laws on Amending the laws on Out-of-School Education, on Adults' Education authored by Heghine Bisharyan, Mher Shahgeldyan, Hovhannes Margaryan, as well as on Amending the RA Law on Television and Radio authored by Zaruhi Postanjyan included in the agenda of the regular sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport was postponed up to one year by the authors' proposal.
