RA NA Delegation is to Take Part in Constitutional Referendum to be Conducted in Artsakh with Observation Mission
The delegation led by the RA NA Deputy Speaker Eduard Sharmazanov will be on a business trip in Stepanakert on February 19-21 to take part in the preparation and conducting of the Constitutional referendum to be held in the Republic of Artsakh with an observation mission. The NA deputies Gagik Melikyan, Lyova Khachatryan, Karen Shakhmuradyan, Vahram Mkrtchyan, Alexander Arzumanyan, and the Head of the RA NA Public Relations and Media Department Arsen Babayan are in the delegation.
