On March 21 the sitting of the parliament was not held because of lack of a quorum. By 12:00 appropriate number of deputies was not registered. Under item 5 of Article 44 of the NA Rules of Procedure, the deputies’ registration continued for 3 hours, during which quorum was also not provided. The NA Deputy Speaker Hermine Naghdalyan announced that the sitting will not be held because of lack of a quorum.
