“Dear youth and students,

I congratulate you on Students and Youth Day.

The youth is a special indicator of political and civil activeness. And due to our youth and students that indicator is rather high among us, because the young generation shows decisive participation in terms of security and peace both on public platforms and in political processes.

The heights that the youth conquers in the educational, scientific, working and public-political spheres and, of course, during the military service and, particularly, on the front-line are very important in the life of our country. The borders of the state, justice and democracy that the youth defends with its activit i es, and often, also with their life are vital for the society and the state. In all these fronts and processes our youth are honoured with the clear conscience of dignity and duty.

I am sure that with such youth we expect the very future, which is our target as a citizen knowing the value of the Motherland, as a state chosen the path of the peaceful development as a steadfast and winning people.

Once again congratulating you on Students and Youth Day, I wish you, dear youth and students, optimism, welfare, confidence to your own forces and continuous victories.”
