Debates of Report on Execution of RA State Budget for 2016 in RA NA Standing Committees Continue

On June 30, at the joint sitting of the RA National Assembly Standing Committees on Foreign Relations and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Armen Ashotyan and Gagik Minasyan the report on Execution of the RA State Budget for 2016 continued to be debated.

The programmes implemented by the RA Ministries for Foreign Affairs and Diaspora in the previous year and the financial means and the executive paper allocated for that purpose were debated.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan presented the volumes of the financial means and indices of the executive paper allocated to the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the RA Ministry of Diaspora.

Afterwards the RA Foreign Minister Eduard Nalbandyan presented the programmes implemented in the sphere led by him, the works to be done and answered the deputies’ questions.

The RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan introduced the works done by the Ministry in the previous year.

On the same day at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on Defense and Security and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Koryun Nahapetyan and Gagik Minasyan the annual report on Execution of the RA State Budget for 2016 was debated, which related to the income and expenditure indices of the emergency situations, police, national security service.

The RA First Deputy Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan presented the financial indices of the abovementioned spheres, the RA Minister of Emergency Situations Davit Tonoyan, teh Deputy Head of Police adjunct to the RA Government Anubakh Hambaryan and the Deputy Director of the national Security Service adjunct to the RA Government Aram Hakobyan touched upon the expenditure indices and the implemented programmes.

The second joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on Defense and Security and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs, which related to the sphere of defense and state reserves, was held behind closed doors.
